Gulf Stream is the General Site Contractor selected to provide site and infrastructure construction for the Charleston Progressive Elementary School project located in Charleston, SC.

This project features many complex site construction elements under the District’s new Seismic Improvement Program. The project has a contract value of $1,400,000.00, and a fast-track schedule.
