LEED®

Introduced in 2000, the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) program has been instrumental in the construction and development industry’s adoption of measurable, sustainable practices.

LEED® encourages a whole-project approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
