The Town of Mount Pleasant chose Gulf Stream as their General Site Contractor for the new 42-acre Active Park Recreation Complex project to be completed in the Northern region of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.

This project include over forty acres of site-developed recreation area, multiple soccer fields, multi-purpose fields, entrance road and parking lots along with major earthmoving and infrastructure construction work to complete the project.

This is a large, complex project that will be constructed on a site that features challenging soil conditions. As always, Gulf Stream is well prepared for the challenge and we look forward to completing another successful project.
