Gulf Stream was the Prime Contractor for the infrastructure improvements in the downtown Charleston medical district. This project includes construction of a new roadway network and intersections featuring multiple 4-lane roadways. It included night-time crew work, extensive earthmoving, grading, utility system relocation and construction, natural resources protection, storm water system and retention construction, a fast track schedule and the existing roadways remained in operation during our construction.
