For more than two decades, Sheré has played a pivotal role at Gulf Stream, where she has managed and optimized the administrative functions of the organization. Her responsibilities have been diverse and critical, including providing direct support to wide variety of teams including, Estimating, Project Management Administrative and Accounting.
Sheré has led efforts to streamline office operations, from organizing major office relocations to managing equipment tracking and maintenance. She is proficient in preparing and managing bid proposals, handling complex project documentation, and coordinating new software rollouts. Her role has also extended to personnel management, where she has been directly involved in hiring, training, and mentoring new administrative staff.
