Robert Williams

Robert is the Director of Pre-Construction for Gulf Stream’s Corporate Headquarters in Charleston, SC.  With over 30 years of industry experience including the most recent 5 years at Gulf Stream Construction, Robert brings a comprehensive sitework approach to our pre-construction team, coupling his extensive background in field operations and cost control with the ever changing and often unique challenges associated with sitework construction in the Lowcountry of South Carolina.  Before joining Gulf Stream in July 1019, Williamson was the Director of Operations for H&J Contracting of South Carolina for 7 years, where he played a key role in establishing H&J in the Charleston market.  Prior to that, Robert was with Three Oaks Contracting, Inc. for 12 years where he worked his way up from Heavy Equipment Operator to General Superintendent.

Robert holds a BA degree in Public Administration for the University of North Carolina including a minor in Accounting.
