Director of Business Development

Patterson Farmer is the Director of Business Development at Gulf Stream Construction, bringing 11 years of extensive experience in civil design, land development, and sitework construction to the team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, which he earned in 2012. Patterson’s career began with a leading civil engineering firm in the Southeast, and he subsequently gained valuable experience working with one of the nation’s largest home builders and development neighborhoods in Savannah.

In April 2024, Patterson returned to Charleston and joined Gulf Stream Construction, where he leverages his expertise to strengthen relationships with clients and drive new business opportunities. As a licensed Professional Engineer, he works across a range of projects in both the public and private sectors from Charleston to Savannah.

Patterson’s primary responsibilities include nurturing existing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities in collaboration with the Preconstruction Team. His deep industry knowledge and dedication to client service position him as a key contributor to the company’s growth and success.
