| Rivertowne Place, LLC chose Gulf Stream as their General Site Contractor for the new state-of-the-art retail development recently completed in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
This is the first new construction retail center in the State of South Carolina to earn the prestigious LEED® Certification for both the buildings and the site work.
This is a large, complex project that was constructed on a site that featured challenging conditions. As always, Gulf Stream is was well prepared for the challenge and is pleased to complete another successful project. |
